Rachelle Hampson

Rachelle Hampson is a psychologist and has been working in private practice in Toowoomba for the past 16 years, and in the 'people' business in varying roles for 30 years making her very old and knowledgeable. Rachelle enjoys an audience, so facilitating workshops, seminars and speaking gigs for organisations satisfies this need for attention. She got cranky at the purist medical model and embraced the wellness model of whole person care. This has led her to rave more by writing about it at www.thejuicylivingproject.com.au and developing coaching packages, primarily for women struggling to remember to care for themselves amid looking after everyone else. She also particularly enjoys focusing on lady entrepreneurs who struggle with flexing their "you can do it" muscle.
